Orders
Deposit
Once you have confirmed the design you require, a 25% deposit will be required to secure your order. Orders are made to your specific requirements, therefore if an order cancelled after the deposit has been made it will become non-refundable.
Dispatch
When you place your order we will discuss your delivery requirements. If you have placed an order for wedding stationary your order will be dispatched at least 10 weeks before the big day, this will give you enough time to hand write the invitations to your guests and get them in the post at least 8 weeks before the event. We aim to ease the stress for you as much as we can.
Payment is required on delivery of your wedding order. We can accept payment via PayPal. If this is your preferred method of payment please let me know and we can email your invoice
For individual cards we find that most people like to pay up front, however, if you wish to pay on receipt we are happy to accept this. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to 'Sara Morgan') otherwise details of alternative payment are provided on your invoice.
Our Gift to You!
As an incentive for existing customers we currently offer a £10 voucher (of your choice) if you introduce us to your friends and family and they place an order *. There are no limits as to how many people you introduce and how many vouchers you can receive!
Overseas
For orders required overseas please contact me with your requirements. We can arrange a competative quote. We will not 'inflate' the shipping fees, our aim is to provide an affordable service - the shipping fee we quote will be the actual cost.
